MY IPOD IS a purple ipod chromatic.

My computer wont pick it up with the cord, so people suggest resetting it.

The battery is 100% dead and so i cant turn it on to reset it. WHAT DO I DO!?

Thank you very much !!!!!!

My IPod was frozen for some reason, now I can use it immediately instead of waiting until the battery is empty.

I guess it would all be okay, 'cause the reset works for me all right, only that it doesn't give aby effects. My iPod has frozen on the point of choosing a language some two weeks ago and no matter what I try, after reseting it it's stuck on the same point and the buttons don't work, except hold and the combination for reseting.
Worst still, iTunes won't work on my computer. I've got a pirate copy of Windows and I don't know if that's why it doesn't turn on, but without them I can't do anything and I still have to wait until I'll get another software and reinstall the system.
If you know what to do (not including reinstalling iTunes cause I tried it many times already), please mail me (itaczi[at]gmail.com).

Thanks ;P
